1. Digital Delivery Only
At Digital Arch Studio, all of our products—including the 3000+ Assets Bundle, Interior Design Masterclass, DWG Block Vault, and Full-Service Interior Design Pack, are 100% digital. We do not sell physical items, and therefore, no physical products will be shipped to your postal address.
2. Instant Access
Upon successful completion of your purchase and payment verification, your digital files will be available for download immediately.
The delivery process works as follows:
- Order Confirmation Page: After checkout, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page containing direct download links for your purchased files.
- Email Delivery: You will also receive an automated email at the address provided during checkout. This email will contain a secure link to access and download your files at any time.
3. Accessing Your Files
To ensure the best experience:
- Please verify that you enter the correct email address during checkout to avoid delivery issues.
- If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Some of our larger bundles may be delivered as ZIP files or PDF documents containing external secure download links due to file size limits.
4. Lost or Missing Links
If you lose your download link, accidentally delete the email, or encounter any technical issues accessing your files, we are here to help.
Please contact our support team at info@digitalarchstudio.com with your order number or the email address used for the purchase, and we will promptly resend your access links.
5. Refunds and Returns
