Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of completing your order, without giving any reason.

Your request must be submitted before the 14-day period expires.
Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement by email confirming the date and time of your request.
Refund Following Withdrawal
If your withdrawal request is valid and submitted within the 14-day period, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your request. Upon refund, your access to the purchased products and any associated download links will be permanently revoked.
Refund Eligibility Outside the Withdrawal Period
After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, refunds are generally not issued. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur, such as in cases of duplicate orders or technical issues preventing access to the files.
